Home Equity Lines of Credit and Second Mortgage Loans

North Side Federal offers the opportunity to borrow against the equity in your property. These funds are often used to remodel, improve, or rehab, but they may be used for almost any purpose you may have in mind.

Our home equity line of credit allows you to draw on the equity in your home when you need it by simply writing a check. Our fixed-rate second mortgage program also allows you to draw on the equity in your property, but all funds are disbursed at closing.

We also offer lines of credit and second mortgages for commercial and non-owner occupied properties.
